I was called by an account executive for the company by the name of James Paul, what he talked about made it sound like a good deal, checked out their website and it looked legit, he sent me the master listing agreement which I looked over, and what I looked at was similar to the master listing agreement I signed with a large bank in which I currently do REO business with. I provided them with my payment of $349.00 and they also sent me a BPO to do at the rate of $75.00 asked how long to get paid on BPO's he stated to me within 30 days, to this date I still haven't received payment. I sent numerous emails to James Paul as well as on their website no response. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN - They pray on agents knowing they need business to survive and to give up money probably we all couldn't afford thinking it will payoff in the end - NOT!!!
