Same story....I received a call from "Account Executive" Maurice Stewart who started asking me about my experience with foreclosures and short sales. He said he had 2 properties in the area which the company would be acquiring at the end of the month and they needed an experienced agent to list them. Of course, BPOs would have to be performed first and the $349 was a good faith payment on my part since BPOs are intensive work and they would have to be done within 3 days. I would receive the $349 back at the closing on the first listing. It just all sounded so legitimate and the website was quite detailed. I did tell the rep that I would have to check the properties online to make sure they were legitimate addresses first and I hung up and did that. I could see they were both in foreclosure. I am just wondering what is the story with this company. They can't go on scamming people like this forever because they will go to jail. Are they TRYING to get into the asset management business and have just not received as many assets as they would like, and therefore can't make payments? But they need the BPOs to be considered for these assets? Or is this a straight con from the beginning? Cameron Langford is on LinkedIn as well as his "partner" and President of BankerReo, Vatautas Tamosiunas, whose resume has nothing to do with finance or Real Estate. I would like my $349 "membership fee" refunded since there is no organization to be a member of, and I would like $150 for the 2 BPOs that I spent hours on. Would love to see these 2 guys go to jail for fraud.
