Was contacted by Andrew Palm who gave me 3 BPO's to complete and promised that one would turn into a listing....they seemed very professional and I signed a master agreement...they told me that I needed to pay $349 bond to be returned when the listing(sale) closed...I told them I would pay when I got the listing but they charged my account immediately....I read the complaints but there were some who were successfully doing business with them so I went ahead...now their website is down and their phone is disconnected....
