Well, first off I should say that I'm not positive on what they charged. I know it was either 5.95 or 6.95. Also, I don't remember the excact date. What I do know is that in the terms and FAQ is states you WILL NOT be charged a restocking fee if you exchange a bag or pair of shoes for another item. i followed the steps that custimer service told me. Heck, they even helped me select what I wanted in exchange! They told me that I will not be charged because I exchanged it for another item. (as it states in terms and conditions.) But about 3 or 4 weeks later, I was charged either 5.95 or 6.95 USD. I was very upset because of what it states in Terms and Conditions, but I never bothered to complain to the company because I had already cancelled my acount. I would never recomend this site to anyone. If you didn't have this problem, I would still cancel anyway becuase the products were cheap and not well made.
