JustFab is supposed to work like Book of the Month Club for shoes but I didn't get any notices of choices for months. Finally, I initiated contact to see some shoes & noticed that I'd been charged for 4 pairs. I called to complain & asked to speak to a manager. Was told s/he'd call within 48 hours. No response to date. I'm concerned that JustFab will keep on charging my card $40/month forever & I'll never hear from them again. This is downright fraudulent. What can be done?
