On Saturday January 12th, 2013 I spoke with their representative (Mikey), explaining the problem I was having with my Dell Studio 1555 laptop. Based on the service tag number, she was able to tell me it was off warranty and the date when I had purchased my last warranty! That led me to believe I was dealing with a Dell authorized Service company.

She took my C/Card number to charge me for the repairs and promised to email me a Fedex shipping label. She instructed me to take the laptop to Fedex, they will give me a box, and I should affix the label. The laptop would be taken to them for repairs. Today is January 16th, 4 days after that conversation, and no email. I saw where my C/Card charged, and I called the telephone number beside the charge. The message was: "All our representatives are currently busy. Please leave a message and we will return your call".

This was infuriating. I have the feeling I have been SCAMMED. This company needs to be investigated by the State and brought to books.
