I was contacted by Matt Lobow of Bankerreo to do some BPO's and to sign up for a $349 refundable fee etc. Doing REO listings and working with many banks thought that is alright, I will pay the fee & the bpo's will cover it. I paid the $349. did the 5 BPO's and waited, after weeks of emailing and calling and showing one of the homes I did the BPO on, finding out it was a totally different bank. I did some research and found out this was a scam so now I am out $724 and time. What a Joke said this world has to come to this.
