I sent numerous e-mails and called 888-644-3549 to be contected to Customer Service for an RMA number. I never received a reply to my e-mails and, when you call the 888 number there is a recording which is barely audible and, the call is never picked up. Today I called their AZ phone number which is 888-387-1112. The woman asked for my order number or customer. I provided an order number which, she said did not exist. She said they were not connected with Ananacs.com. I replied oh, o.k., that's why there are so many complaints listed with the AG offices in Arizona and Utah. I hung up.
