After a P.O. Box renewal on 9/30/12 for a year of mail delivery and many complaints I submitted prior and after, I cancelled the PO Box service on 12/12/12 for bridge of contract by the postal service as they were continuously returning my mail to the sender stamped as "undeliverable address". I beleive that because this institution's bridge of contract, there should had been a full refund issued of the amount paid for the full year of $70. However, they only refunded me $22 based on their discombobulated pro-rated calculations although I only had the PO BOX service for two and a half months.
