I purchased 7500.00 worth of silver in june of 2012 at a price of 27.00 a oz., And 5000.00 more or 400 oz. in july at 30.50 a oz As the price assended to 34.00 in sept my broker kept buying silver with the equity in the account. I started with 675 oz and ended up with 1520 0z. As he bought more silver they billed my account with 1000.00's in commission, service fees and storage of this so called silver. I never saw a oz of silver. Frank Davies assurred me the price was going to hit 40.00 a oz. It did not. He not only stoled my cash but probably made thousands off of my capital. Am I wrong to say that it is the obligation of the broker to protect your capital. Is this not Brich of Fudituary Duty??? He then changed brokers on me without my permission to a Howard something? He ADVISED me to sell the silver I had in my account. At that point my account had 6400.00 in it. They not only sold my silver but charged me 900.00 in commission to do it. They did not tell me there would be a 900.00 commission involved in that transaction . I believe I was miss guided and after the sale of the silver my account went too 2400.00. When I called Howard too find out where my money went he could not give me a straight ansewer. I then called and asked for the proper Tax documents so I could fill my losses. They gave me the run around and said that they (the doc)would have to come from the main office. I truly feel like I have been robed and there is no recource! What can your agency do for me if anything and when will I recieve info that you have recieved this complant? People need to be informed of such brokers and other con artist.
