ORDERED A SEARCH FOR A FAMILY MEMBERS ANCESTRY RECORDS. WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CHARGED $1.00 (PRINTED EACH SCREEN OF COMPUTER) I WAS CHARGE $1.00 THEN AN ADDITIONAL $19.95. I CALLED AND TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO REPORT THE COMPANY TO THE FTC (THEY CHANGED THE NAME ON THE SECOND CHARGE. I RECEIVED THE $19.95 BACK AFTER ELEVEN DAYS AND TWO CALLS. I NEVER RECEIVED AND INFORMATION AND THEY KEPT THE $1.00 .....NOT A LOT OF MONEY BUT THEY BILLED THE SECOND CHARGE AS CARINFO.COM THINKING NO ONE WOULD NOTICE.
