I ordered two seperate orders one for $24.00(order #3799236) for a pair of UGG style boots, the second for $66.00(order #3798026) which was for a purse, socks and another pair UGG style boots. After being sent an email with a tracking number for the first order, which I never received, I finally received a refund on 1/07/2013...after many phone calls to them.
The second order, I received the socks and the junky purse, but no UG style boots. I was told again that if I did not receive the order by 12/21, for the UGG style boots for $24.00, that I would be refunded, just like the 1st order. Again many phone calls to them and they telling me "they refunded my money"and "the boots were shipped and lost in the mail" .....I still have not received the 2nd refund for $24.00. This company is a scam, they should not be allowed to do this to people.
Also I am shipping that junky purse back, it was supposed to be a hobo purse worth over a hundred dollars....wrong....I could have purchased something like that at the dollar store for under 10.00. We will see how long it takes to be refunded the $31.00 for it.
