On 12/12/2012, I paid International Living magazine $36.00 USD from my checking account with a Visa debit card. Today is 01/10/2013 and I have not received a single issue from the publishers! The amount I paid was a special introductory offer at the time for a one-year subscription of 12 issues. I have emailed their Customer Service Department at least four or five times, spoken to a representative in the department, and even faxed them proof of the date and amount of my payment. All my effort has been wasted time, because they still deny I paid them anything and have NOT sent me a single issue. I don't care how long they have been in business, about their so called "testimonials," or their dishonest and useless "Ironclad Guarantee." I want a full refund back ASAP and would advise extreme caution to anybody thinking of doing business with them.

I have proof positive that I was unable to upload, because it was in table form. The line's details show that I paid $36.00 USD on 12/10/2012 (not 12/12/2012 - oops!) to Live and Invest Overseas, the publisher of International Living magazine. It was paid with my Visa debit card and obviously not for only a single sample or regular issue. The company, to date (1/10/2013), has not taken any action to resolve this dispute in an honest or ethical way. Following is actual record from my checking account of the transaction:

- Dear Craigb; I would like to assist you further with your complaint. Please email me at [email protected] and we can discuss this matter. There a few companies out there that do similiar products to us, so I fear this may be one. I would like to clear this up for you today.
