This month I received my billing statement, I notice it was to much, When calling them. I was told it been over 5 months and there nothing they can do!I expressed that I called them about not receiving jewelry Dec,2012, I gone to talk to the supervisor at the postal service in dec about this package. Items I didn't get. He told me to ask them for a tracking number. For expensive jewelry.I was told they never send out any items requiring a signature!
