I tried to get software installed when I called the software company, this ITech company said they handle the work for the anti-virus compant. They took over my computer remotely and started to tell me that I had as many as 1600+ "bad things" on my computer. Then they started erasing things and changing everything around to make it look like they were working on it. I triedd to communicate with them (people from India) and they didn't respond. They disconnected from my computer and left it.

I have tried to call their numbers listed and get recording that all of the service techs are busy, then they hang up on me. # times I called today. I want my monies returned to my account and will drive to India to get it. This really angers me when I get ripped off and can't complete my work. Now I have missing files and my printer and internet wouldn't work part of the day. This company sucks
