Was told I had been approved for a loan but would have to either use my home as collateral or pay for "loan insurance" which would be refunded when loan was paid in full. They kept demanding more money but never deposited the loan into my account. When I refused to send any more and requested a refund, they said it would take 5-10 days to get a refund. Called today since I have not received my refund and they said it was lost in the mail.
