Approximately a month ago I got through to this company about not receiving my November shipment & told it would be sent with a credit,since then nothing sent and still being charged.
I have tried unsucessfully a number of times since then to contact this company and continually get a message stating that the mail box I am trying to contact is full.
I am being charged for the last 2 months for $49.95 each month but not receiving anything. I will be charged again any day now Jan.13th ?
Their contact # 1-877-661-3244,from letter received with 1st start up kit in late July/early August that states 1-877-661-3244 will appear on bank statement
actual # on bank statement is 1-877-657-3244

Once you place your order on our web site the system generates a packing slip to ship your product to you right away, we in no way want you scam or deceive you in any way. Our product is offered to help save you money not to spend more money.
The $4.95 is only for the shipping of the e-cig and you can try the product out for 14 days for free, we can extend the trial times longer if need be. If you feel the one time charge $99.95 is too expensive for you we will be happy to offer a discount on the product or give you an RMA to return it for a full refund.
