First i was mis lead to believe i was dealing with Apple. Second i was told i would be charged $99 one time and instead charged 3 times... was told i would be credited but instead was charged an additional $199 and another $49. They are fast talkers and talk in circles.. tell you nothing straight up.. the customer service Ursulla Ursineia whatever her name is, well she is VERY RUDE.. a customer calling with a problem and she attempted to scold me like a child and then hung up on me! I am on hold now yet again trying to get my money back!
