I brought a Tv on 12/15/2012 online from bens outlet.I have yet to receive the tv ,they created a shipping label but did not ship the Tv.These people are crooks ,i have sent 5 emails no response as of 01/09/2013.I contacted BBB of new York hope to hear from them soon.I put it on American Express will dispute the charge.
