I ordered an panditigal tablet. It worked for about 12 seconds and then I was not able to turn it off. The battery must have gone dead. I contact Ben't Outlet three times and have not heard back from them. I'm requesting a refund and a return number from them so I can return the item with the allowed 30 days. So far I have heard nothing.
