Same story as everyone else: found 'too good to be true' trainer website for a pair of hard-to-find Asics: http://www.onitsukatigersingapore.com/

Placed my order, money taken very efficiently(!), but anxiety raised by less than professional after-sales information provided (from China, not Singapore) and subsequent inactive tracking number through the mighty FashionPay.com.

Came here and discovered my new family of fellow scammees, either waiting for their goods still (like me), or having received counterfeits (which may yet happen), and all receiving a conspicuous silence from any attempts at communication:

Shoes arrived, OEM - unboxed. Unreserved apols for suggesting I’d been scammed. CS needs improved by 1000%, slow ambiguous and incomplete email replies, no A/c updates and mad delay in tracking number 'validation' will inevitably lead to suspicions.

  • To give you all a little hope, I received my trainers as described today - genuine OEM, tagged and labelled, although unboxed. I offer my unreserved apologies for suggesting I had been scammed.

    However, customer service could be improved by around 100% - slow, ambiguous and incomplete responses to my emails, no updating of my account, and inexplicable delay in tracking number 'validation' are understandably going to lead to suspicions.

    Product and value: 10/10
    Customer service: 2/10
