Ordered 3 barstools in Aug 2012. By Oct 2012 became increasingly concerned as "Michelle" could not provide any status whatsoever about my order and her "supervisor" was never there, never returned calls. Accounting/Billing Dept person also never there. I specifically asked if my order had not shipped, was coming from a foreign country, got lost in shipping from mfr, ANYTHING! But she would not provide any reasonable information. Finally in Oct 2012 I told Michelle since they did not provide any information about my order, nor does the supervisor or billing ever call you back, I wanted to cancel the order, was told there would be a $10 cancellation fee and it would take 21 days to issue a refund. She wanted the request in writing which I sent by email, and she sent a confirmation by email. Over 45 days later, I have not received a refund. I plan to sue them in small claims court and am gathering info about the owners, their history of similar complaints and anything else I can find to make my case. I do not take these things lightly and I won't let it go that easy. Red Flag: They should charge when they ship, not when you order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Spread the word if anyone you know plans to buy bar stools.
