My daughter signed up for Writework for school. I assumed she was using it. After a few months I asked and she said she wasn't and I could cancel it but she didn't remember her login or password. And the phone number listed on my credit card statement is a recording. I've emailed numerous times asking to cancel or to speak to someone. I've disputed and had the charge reversed the past few months but I don't want to have to call each month and I don't want to have to cancel this card because it is used for many accounts. They've ignored my emails and I'm still getting charged $14.95 a month

Unfortunately it's not possible for us to access your daughter’s account without her account information. If your daughter doesn't remember her user name you can send us the email address she used on the registration process or, in case this information is also unavailable, you can send any email receipts from PayPal.
