I ordered last month a Vitalyze anti aging serum and sylk skin both for £ 2.95 and £3.95 plus postage. I have just got in from work and found another Vitalyze which I did not order for the eye watering sum of £99.78. I have no idea what to do to get my money back. I should have known this was a scam. I am usually so careful. I feel physically sick. Now my bank is going to charge money that I do not have!
