David W. Breashears II defrauded my credit card 8 times between June 26 and Sept. 21, 2009. He was supposed to do a one time charge of ~$20.00 to set up an account for he and his girl friend. He told me he set it up and then cancelled it, finding a better deal that he was able to set up for cash.
This was not the case, he kept my card number and kept charging on the subsequent dates
