I am one of the lucky ones. I refused to send Netconsignor.com money to their offshore accounts via wire as it was a large sum of money. The vehicle was supposedly stored within close dirving distance of where I live, so I asked to see the vehicle before sending the money. To make a long story short, the entire deal was a scam. All of a sudden the story changed that the vehicle was being stored elsewhere, and the owner was not comfortable letting anyone look at it, etc.
