As many people has already stated before, THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM.
I entered thinking that I could make a ONE TIME purchase of $19.99 and that would be the end of it. The boots were not as cute as I expected and looked quite cheap too. But I didn't really mind it and just ignored it. This was back in NOVEMBER. Just today, I was looking through my bills and noticed that $39.95 was taken out of my bank account today by JUSTFAB.COM. I've seen before that VIP members gets their money taken out monthly by the website if they don't make a purchase but I honestly thought that it had nothing to do with me. Boy, was I wrong? Apparently, after you make a ONE TIME purchase, you automatically become a member. They don't tell you that beforehand, unless you've read their terms and conditions thoroughly. I'm really mad and I would like to get my $80 back but I've read and seen that many of the people who has made a complaint against them has yet to see any improvement.
Don't buy from this website, EVER. It's not worth the time or money.
