My sons girlfriend Leslie Palmer worked for a Verizon outlet in Russellville Ark. In Dec she put a phone plan on my bill for my son. I did not authorize this and the only thing I had talked to her about was when I could upgrade my phone. I was with Verizon at the time but I live in Missouri. When I got my bill I was charged with a new phone and plan for him. I immediately called him and she promised to take care of it, this never happened. I faxed the bill to the store where she worked, still never got taken off. She then paid her part and said her supervisor would take care of it. Instead she was fired as they found out she had worked a scam in Miss. when she worked for Verizon. During this time I had talked to several Verizon reps promising they would take care of this. They wanted me to do a fraud report but at the time I wanted to resolve it peacefully, it never happened. They said she could resume liability, she did the paper work but then they decided not to accept it, by then she had been fired as her reputation caught up with her. My son was so upset with all this he left and came back to Missouri but they still refused to do anything and decided it was a domestic squabble or whatever. Kept telling me to return the device, something I never saw as I explained agian I was in Mo and had not authorized anything. I had been with them over 8 years and never changed my plan unless I personally called to do it. They have harrassed me this whole time, never did anything to her knowing she was in a scheme to scam people with her ex boss at another Verizon store. I am just fed up with the whole deal and all the harrassment and stress they put me thru. All the email and calls and lies from them. Please help me, as this started out over a $350 bill that they now have at almost a $1000.00 and it was their employee who did this. There is so much more I can't get it all in this but this covers the basics. Thank you
