I purchased a boxset of DVDs from this company. It took five weeks for my order to arrive. The DVDs arrived in a cheap, store-bought DVD folder and all discs appeared to be burned off the computer.
Upon watching the first disc, I discovered that all episodes had been taped off the television - some ads were still included. I found that the second disc didn't work and neither did the third. I have sent an email detailing my dissatisfaction but haven't received a reply yet. From the sounds of other complaints on this site, apparently I'm lucjy to have received anything at all. What a disgusting joke.
