im a caregiver for my parents, my sister pays there credit card bills and she noticed a charge for 9.99 on dec 11, 2012...and another charge of 9.99 jan 3, 2013...from "mytechhelp" ...she asked my mother who this company was and she had no idea..my mother has never recieved a bill from this company they just keep charging her credit card...i contacted mytechhelp on jan 5 2013 to ask them who they were and how they got my mothers info, they told me cox communications...my mother has not had cox communications for 20 years, called a second time and they told me it could be any company like cox, direct tv, centuty link they help all those companys...this is a fraud business i asked there rep for a managerthey refused to get one and would not give my mom any info on how they obtained her credit card number they hung up on me...her credit card company is handeling dispute and i have contacted the better business bureau..beware of this company check your bank statements...
