i ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister in melbourne on 19dec, they still have not arrived, its 4th jan, i have sent them loads of emails, i have phoned and left messages, and the responses i get are one liners with no explanation. its a joke, and i have been robbed, and to top it all off no flowers for my sister who is thousands of miles away without her family and who had just had a baby, so dissapointed and disgusted, worst customer service ever
