These people apparently give your credit card information to other companies. Regardless of the card holder saying over and over they DO NOT want their services. They tell you they don't have that information, then within days you are billed for a service you didn't ask for or authorize. We had to cancel our cards and turn them in with the fraud department. These diet pills made me ill, so I stopped taking them, the guy on the phone told me I had to drink 8oz of water a day. Excuse me? Then told me my account was inactive and they did not have my credit card number. Within 3 minutes he was telling me my account was active, it was like pulling teeth to get any information, much less cancel my account. Anyone thinking of trying this company should be very aware of the credit card scam they have going on.
