It miss leads you to believe that. However, it states the entire amount has been verified to be awarded by the independent prize sponsors. If you read the back you will be able to receive $1.00. BEWARE!!!! It could be monopoly money people. It does not state if it is real currency. LOL. MariAnn Horner
