I received (US Postal Service) a 4 Page (copy availabe if you so desire) solicitation wherein he (John Piesen) stated "In fact, I GUARANTEE these selections" (handicapping horse racing). He also signed this solicitation. He later contacted me telephonically (all conversations were with Mr. Piesen personally) and told me about two different highly lucrative programs that he invited me to participate in. He told me on seperate occasions that a $500 bankroll would be the most I would ever need. He also told me that I would make a profit of at least $20,000 the first month. I tried his recomendations for 10 racing days and I lost every single day(copy of results available if you would like them). Absent his written guarantee I would not (repeat not) have participated in any of his programs. His address (Personal Information Removed)
