I have filed a complaint with the BBB to no avail. Just discovered this site and I'm going to continue to expose this establishment for what happened. On Novemeber 11, 2012 my husband and I went to Granny's Restaurant for brunch in effort to begin reconciling our marriage. I left my credit card by accident and was informed that if my card was there for 24 hours it would be destroyed. Well to my dismay about a month later there were charges at various gas stations, the Hibachi Grill, Wal-Mart, and a movie theater. I have not heard from the BBB nor Capital One concerning any investigation because I am interested in pressing charges.
