Sahalie has been charging our credit card $14.95 a month for the last year. When we called, we were told that we had joined their reward club. They also said that they have evidence that we joined and they sent us a reward card. We never joined their reward club and we never received any written notice or a card.
We asked to talk to a supervisor. She told us that she would repay the last month's charge and that was all they could cover. Then she offered to pay for 3 months. By the end of the call she offered to repay the full amount and provided a confirmation number. We'll see if we are refunded the money Sahalie intentionally robbed from us. What a SCAM!! We will never order anything from their company again.
