They started calling me several weeks ago to refund me my money on a program I purchased online a couple of years ago for "Regular Maintenance" I actually had!
Anyway they stated that they were no longer able to offer these services and Windows was required to "Refund" our money.
Convincing? OMG! Totally as they must have inside info. on their customers or they wouldn't have this info. Correct?
Not Hardly!!!
I believe I have been had!
Because I constantly had him reassuring me this was legit by constantly asking questions as he was remotely accessing my computer I had absolutely no reason to doubt otherwise, or I thought.
Anyway, now they have all my banking info.
YEAH ME!
Of course I have outstanding checks! So what to do??? Bank say's just watch the account for a couple of days as I didn't actually follow through with them, I got so fed up with them deciding "HOW" to refund my money and then when Western Union got involved and then he telling me his Supervisor stated I had to deposit money to get my Refund??? NOT!
I told him he was in DEEP (Inappropriate Content Removed) and to get the hell off my comp. and immediately called my bank.
So at this point, don't know the damages?
