I have a similar complant.
Received phone call from WSC they said they were getting reports of hackers into my computer. they took over my computer to clean it up that took hours to do. they then told me my "Windows Microsoft Certificate" was about to expire. They wanted $150.00 to renew.
Gave me this information: Shane Dawson - ID MSC 130012 - Windows task Manager - Contact phone: 209-322-4582. I said I was broke, had no money. He said h would call back today
9/24/12. I had not heard from him so I tried to contact them and got a runaround.
