My husband And I went online and found a website to order "Authentic Pandora Jewelry" the website stated we would get 65% discount and they were an authorized Pandora jeweler. After waiting 2 weeks I sent an email asking where are order was in processing. I got an email back with a tracking number. I had ordered 1 bracelet and 16 charms, my order total was $177.00. When I finally received the order it had 1 bracelet and 2 charms. I contacted them the same day via chat because that was the only way of communication besides ail and they told me it was an override and the remainder of my order would be mailed. 2 weeks passed and I contacted them retarding the rest of my order and they started arguing with me telling me they sent my order as I placed it. I then told them I wanted refund and the man told me one would be issued soon. To this day we have not received a refund nor the rest of the fake Pandora jewelry they are selling as authentic!
