Ordered blueberry plants and others to plant next spring as a special deal was offered now. Received confirmation of my order on 11/13/12 stating: "Please Remember - Your Order will be shipped in 2-4 weeks from the shipping date, according to Planting Zones (U.S. Frost Zones). They will arrive at the proper time for planting in your area. Harsh Weather Conditions (excessive heat or cold) at the nursery location or along the shipping route may necessitate variations in shipping schedules" Their map at the bottom of this email shows that shipping time for Wisconsin is April 22 through May 31.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER THE END OF NOVEMBER WHEN WE ALREADY HAVE 3" OF SNOW ON THE GROUND!
I called them this week after trying to send numerous emails -- all of which were undeliverable due to a full mailbox (imagine that!). The man, Marvin, that I spoke to was rude. He kept stating "our website says we ship now .. go to our website and look" . I read to him what their email said and he kept saying "but our website says we ship now". I told him I wanted my money back NOW -- he said I have to return the dead plants to him. I asked who was going to pay for the shipping. He said I would have to. I asked why I should have to pay for return shipping on something that never should have been shipped to me now. HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!
I called again and spoke to a woman. She basically said the same thing as Marvin. She said "well, if you didn't want the plants now why did you order them". I said because they were to be shipped in April! So I asked her how big the "company" was. She asked why did that matter (very snotty woman). I said because I wanted to know how long the company has been in business and how many employees were there. She replied that we've been in business for a while and it doesn't matter how many employees we have. I told her that most companies stand behind their products and that companies like Breck's and Gurneys send you replacements when they ship at the wrong time or when the plants arrive dead. She said I had to pay for the plants to be returned. It was a good thing I had asked Marvin for a confirmation number (he didn't offer one) as there was no paperwork or information in with the plants so how would they know who was returning the plants! I asked how long before my credit would show up on my credit card. She stated as soon as they received the plants. So we'll see if that really happens. She said I could pay for delivery confirmation so that I would know they received the dead plants back. I said I know that -- I own my own company and do a lot of mail business. End of conversation.
Now, I'm sending them a copy of this review AND I'm sending a complaint to CT's state attorney general AND a complaint to WI's state attorney general. This "company" needs to be shut down!

Update: 03/14/2013

FINALLY received my money money back after returning the dead products to them at MY expense and after calling them and asking for my credit. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
