- Yes, i have the same complaint with Luxe Hair by Kimani. It will be a month after i olaced my order and dont even answer my messages.

This woman Kim Maya from Luxe Hair by Kimani in Atlanta doesnt even answer the mesaages but today i went to her facebook and i did write a complaint on all her hair pictures and ahe block all her pictures from me and she also block her mural from me. After that i sent her a another private messages telling her that i dont care she block me but i will do all i have to do to get my money back if she wont send me my order etc and this eas what she did a answer me:

Your order will be shipped, we are experiencing delays - an exact delivery date will be provided as promptly as possible as I understand you would like your hair ASAP.
Sorry for the inconvenience, we have restricted your access to our page as aggressive posting will not be tolerated, nor will it hasten the delivery process.

THIS IS THE SAME ANSWER SHE WRITE EVERY TIME (tofay she add something new about the DALAYS, she never talk before about delays but today. she did) this woman is pmaying with the people money on her oficial page and on Facebook. -
