Called tis number & they posed as Apple Tech support. Said I needed to pay $9.99 for the tech help. I agreed, gave them my credit card number and they charged me $99.99. I called them back, told them I wouldn't have agreed to such a charge. They charged me $89.99 after the call. I called my credit card company - they said this is a common, they couldn't reverse the charges as I authorized the charges by giving my credit card #. BUT IF THE COMPANY GOES OUT OF BUSINESS WE WILL BE REFUNDED OUR CHARGES BACK ! I notified Apple and they will do an investigation of this company SO PLEASE CONTACT WHO YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE SPEAKING TO SO THEY CAN DO THE SAME TO CLOSE THEM DOWN and NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH SCAMMING PEOPLE LIKE US.
