We planned to visit NY at the end of December 2012 and to visit MET Opera. Therefore, in May, we ordered the tickets. We started in the official MET site but finally, to our bad luck, we were redirected to the NumberOneTickets company and payed them $474.95. We ordered 2 tickets at the price $199 on the basis of clicking the specific places BALCONY, Row B14 in MET Opera!!! The officially confirmed order number is 9960612. But NumberOneTickets first sent us 2 tickets to for $40+15= $55 each into Family Circle. This price is almost 4 times LESS than we payed and on wrong places. After our complaint (written and also by phone), they arranged that we would return the tickets back. Instead, however, they offered us 2 tickets for balcony BOX12, but places with limited view and again for the price $55 which is very far from our original order. We refused them (they sent us scan of them) and since then, they keep silent. We by no means agreed with paying almost $500 for 2 tickets at the price $55 each to bad places! Thus, the actual situation is that they robbed us of $474, sending us no tickets at all. We wrote and called them several times asking them to return us the money back. But they are rude and refuse to
communicate.
