I order a pair of ugg boots on December 8 an I got an email from a lady name nancy stating my order was purchase after I also had. To pay 20 bucks for shipping an I got another email from nancy for me to go on ems to track my boots in 2 to 4 days. Well I went on there my # don't work I saved all my emails she sent I email her back still nothing now it's December 20 still can't find my boots nor did I get them yet. I should if known an it was an Christmas gift my husband order 4 me .... This ems has tons of complaints this need 2 b stopped alot of people is out of money from them.
