Person with a strong Indian accent keeps calling me from phone number (209)682-5678. He pretends to offer me a loan up to $3,000 dollars but asks for the first monthly payment upfront. He asks that I send the first payment. He became very rude then started shouting profanity and yelling at me. I asked him to stop calling me he called me a b----.
