I was on line trying to get a payday loan for the Christmas Holiday. After inputting my personal information and submitting, I was called by a 955-777-6849 number. On the end of that line was a man who couldn't speak good English,I kept asking him to repeat himself. I should have gotten hints then that this was a bad idea. They asked for my banking information and I gave them thinking it was legit. They told me they would withdraw $89.00 bucks from my checking account and $19.00 per month for some crap they were trying to offer me. They gave me a website, which they say I would be able to confirm my information to receive the cash, I told them to hold on while I check the site on my computer but they insisted that I wait until they get off the phone. when I check the site holidaypaydayloan.com and entered my information, the system asked me to reenter my information, so I did. nothing came up for these guys. Since I am a police officer I did a check through various system and found out that the 955-777-6849 is out of Mexico.
