They researched a solution to problem we were having with our printer. They figured it out, we payed $79.99 on line. They sent an e-mail for us to contact them. We have tried repeatedly, left messages, e-mailed, attempted to "live chat" online as well. No one ever answers and has never contacted us in any form.
