I got this FAX at work about an all inclusive 6 days/5 nights in either Cancun, Dominican Republic, or Los Cabos. First 50 callers get a Free 5 day/4 night in Grand Cayman Islands or Orlando. The package was listed as $149 per person. The number to call was 1-888-730-5313. It had the US Travel Association on the bottom and said they were a member of ASTA(American Society of Travel Agents). I called and spoke with Felix. He was very very friendly and upbeat. We booked with Felix after I asked him a bunch of questions. He said to contact the reservation department with our travel dates by December 15th, 2012. I have been calling for the past week. Everyone is moody and snappy. First I was told my Agents name was Ashley, but of course she was at lunch. So I was told to call back. I called, and then called, even called multiple times the next day. Then today I called again and spoke with the same lady and my agent had "changed"...she didn't say that but the name was completely different. I was transferred. 15 Minutes later, some guy answered and asked what I wanted. He put me back on hold! Finally some woman picked up and started my reservation process. I chose Los Cabos and apparently that was an "upgraded" property so I had to pay $250 more per person. She then told me I couldn't travel on my dates or else I would be charged another $200. I changed my date from April 29th to May 1st. Then she said "hold on" and I was put on hold for 40 MINUTES! No joke. I waited because I was so irritated. She then came back and said her system was down. She took my number and told me she would call me in 15-20 min. Guess what? Haven't heard from them and now no one will answer. I've tried multiple times.
