I bought the flyer promotion for 2 people when it was sent to my company, saying that it was FROM my HR department.

When the promotion was booked, I was ASSURED that there would NO other fees in addition to the original $451, aside from the $99/person gratuity on day of travel.

When I asked if I could book it then (in June) for a trip in January/February, I was told to call back 45-60 days before my intended vacation date, since available reservations would be more accurate/known at a closer date.

A few months later, I called a bunch of times--they didn't pick up, or picked up & hung up.

When I finally got a hold of them (beginning December), they told me that January/February was peak season, which would require an extra ~$270/person.

When I asked which dates WEREN'T peak season, they said only May 1st-20th, and two weeks in June, which were all "sold out" and would require an extra $200/person.

I addressed the fact that they guaranteed me no additional fees; they said it was my fault for not booking it sooner, since they take reservations up to 6months in advance.

This is now obviously a scam, as they are refusing to give me what I originally bought.

Somebody please help me.
