www.Ecigsbrand.com advertised A free trial electronic cigarette STARTER PACK AND 5 REFILLS PAYING A $4.95 SHIPPING & HANDLING FEE ...THEN IN SMALL PRINT THERE IS GIVEN A NUMBER TO CANCEL AN AUTMATIC CHARGE AND REFIL ORDER TO BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO THE CHARGE/DEBIT CARD THAT THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES PAID FOR INITIALLY...i CALLED 2 TIMES CANCELLED ANY FUTURE AUTOMATIC REFILLS..i CALLED TWO TIMES TO MAKE SURE i WAS CANCELLED FOR fastecigs NO FURTHER CHARGES OR REFILLS WERE TO BE SENT..i WAS REASSURED i WAS CANCELLED AND MY CARD WOULD NOT BE CHARGED ANYTHING FURTHER ON DEC 12, 2012 fASTECIGS fraudulently charged MY DEBIT CARD $89.00 i CALLED MY PAYPAL CARD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FILED IN A FRAUD REPORT AGAINST GPN Fastecigs, Texas www.Ecigsbrand.com AND MY $89.00 WAS RETURNED BY PAYPAL.. BUT I WAS TOLD IF THE FRAUD REPORT DOESN'T WORK OUT IN THE END IN MY FAVOR THE $89.00 WOULD BE RECHARGED TO MY CARD.. I'M BELIEVING PAYPAL WILL NOT TAKE BACK MONEY I'M BEING CREDITED IN THE END OF MY FILING THIS DISPUTE
